Governor Newsom & LA County announced on July 1, 2020, that all restaurants, wineries, movie theaters, zoos & museums, entertainment centers,  and card rooms must close indoor operations effective immediately. City staff is monitoring the situation and will be providing updates as we receive them from the County and the State.

LA County Food Resource Hub

LA County has launched a new one-stop portal to help the vulnerable access food-assistance during the COVID-19 crisis. You can enroll for vouchers, find a meal in your neighborhood or request deliveries. Visit: for more information.


For residents who are unable to obtain the groceries and supplies that they require the City encourages them to make use of the following programs that are available to them:

LA County - Free delivery service for older adults aged 60+ and individuals with disabilities who are unable to leave their home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This program will help vulnerable individuals get the groceries, household items, and other necessities they need. Delivery is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no extra cost. Deliveries can be scheduled by calling 1-888-863-7411 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Workforce Development Aging & Community Services - Providing free meals to older adults age 60 and older who are impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Call 1-800-510-2020 for assistance with meal services. Meals are provided either at distribution sites or via home-delivered meals.  We’re transitioning to home-delivered meals at most locations. The Chabad of the Conejo has offered to assist seniors or others who are not able to leave their home and are in need of supplies or services. Please call (818) 991-0991 or email them at

 Meals on Wheels - Meals on wheels is a program that delivers meals to individuals at home who are in need. To find food for yourselves or your loved ones in need contact the local Westlake Branch, which serves Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, and Oak Park, at or by calling (805) 370-4295.
