Agoura Hills City Hall and the Recreation and Event Center are closed to ALL programs and the buildings are closed to the public at this time. Park restrooms & playgrounds are closed until further notice. City owned park open spaces & walkways remain open.
Chief Warrant Officer Paul Cobaugh has served his country in the US Army for 19 years. His Military Unit is Joint Information Operations Warfare Center and the SOCOM Team. His deployment has been in the countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Philippines.
He has received the following medals of Honor: Bronze Star (2) Navy/Marine Corp. Achievement Medal (2) National Defense Medal (3) Army Achievement Medal, Naval Reserve Meritorious Achievement Medal, and Global Ware on Terror Medal, Global Ware on Terror Expeditionary Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Mobilization Device, NATO Medal, and Afghan Campaign Medal (3).
