Governor Newsom announced on July 1, 2020, that all restaurants, wineries, movie theaters, zoos & museums, entertainment centers,  and cardrooms must close indoor operations effective immediately. City staff is monitoring the situation and will be providing updates as we recieve them from the County and the State.

It is illegal to dump materials on the public right of way or on private property.  If you observe an illegal dumping incident, please contact the Public Works/Engineering Department at (818) 597-7329 or submit a report via the City's website or Free SeClickFix (smart phone app)

A.H.M.C, Article V, Chapter 3,  Section 5328. Litter.
Any person who deposits or causes to be deposited any solid waste or recyclable material on the public right-of-way or on private property within public view, except in a container provided therefor as herein provided, shall immediately sweep up and remove the same.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 2 of Article I of this Code.
