Governor Newsom announced on July 13th that effective immediately the following business types must CLOSE ALL INDOOR OPERATIONS. Fitness centers, worship services, protests, offices for non-essential sectors, personal care services like nail salons, body waxing, and tattoo parlors, hair salons and barbershops, and Malls.

It is illegal to dump materials on the public right of way or on private property. If you observe an illegal dumping incident, please contact the Public Works/Engineering Department at (818) 597-7329.

A.H.M.C, Article V, Chapter 3, Section 5328. Litter

Any person who deposits or causes to be deposited any solid waste or recyclable material on the public right-of-way or on private property within public view, except in a container provided therefor as herein provided, shall immediately sweep up and remove the same.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 2 of Article I of this Code.
