Governor Newsom announced on July 1, 2020, that all restaurants, wineries, movie theaters, zoos & museums, entertainment centers,  and cardrooms must close indoor operations effective immediately. City staff is monitoring the situation and will be providing updates as we recieve them from the County and the State.

The City receives fire services via  the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County. In addition, paramedic services are provided via a separate contract with Los Angeles County. Additional services such as wild land fire protection and forester service are provided from the Department of Forester and Fire Warden
