Agoura Hills City Hall and the Recreation and Event Center are closed to ALL programs and the buildings are closed to the public at  this time. Park restrooms & playgrounds are closed until further notice. City owned park open spaces & walkways remain open.

Event Center

The Event Center is the City of Agoura Hills’ premiere event facility.  It was designed to serve the community by offering a venue for private special events such as weddings, conferences, meetings, family reunions, birthday parties, and more!  It is a 3,500 square foot facility that is an accessible facility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.  It includes a catering kitchen, outdoor patio, beautiful outdoor walkways, and a large turf area.  The outdoor patio, walkways, turf area, and parking lots are all equipped with appropriate lighting.  The Event Center is available seven days a week, when City-sponsored events are not taking place.

Multi-purpose Recreation Room (not The Event Center)
The Agoura Hills Recreation Center offers a wide range of room rental rates for various types of customers, including non-profit organizations, government agencies, business groups, and residents. All rates include use of restrooms, sound system, and tables & chairs. Current rates:

  • Local Non-Profit Groups: $45/hour plus $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit
  • Private Use by Individual Family: $65/hour plus $250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit for groups with 1 - 75 participants, $500 for groups with 76-122 participants.
  • Commercial Use: $100/hour plus $500 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

Ballfields, Basketball Courts, Equestrian Area & Picnic Shelters
Softball fields, multi-purpose fields, equestrian arena and picnic shelters are available to the public on a first come, first serve basis and can be reserved for your specific use. Picnic shelters can be found at four of the city's parks: Morrison, Reyes Adobe Park, Sumac, and Forest Cove Park.  Ballfields are available at Chumash, Old Agoura, and Forest Cove. The Equestrian Arena is available for reservations by non-profit groups or private groups for up to 2 hours per day.
