Halloween, Fire & Power Shutoff Updates

The City wishes everyone a Happy Halloween and has some information & reminders for tonight: For those of you out Trick or Treating, please obey the rules of the road and note that to ensure the safety of residents and visitors to the annual Halloween festivities on Hempstead Drive, all access points will be closed (open only to pedestrians and/or residents who will need to present verifiable identification) on Thursday, October 31, between the hours of 5pm through 9pm.  

For those out driving, please watch for pedestrians and be extra cautious this evening.

The SCE power shutoff notifications have been CANCELED(SCE notification will say Averted). There are No power shutoff notifications pending for the Agoura Hills community. 

There continues to be no fire threats to Agoura Hills and winds are expected to subside. This is a good opportunity to make sure that your household is prepared for possible future disasters and power outages. A good source of information is the website by Los Angeles County Fire Department, Ready, Set, Go
