Recreation Center "Multi-Purpose Room"
The Recreation Center offers a wide range of room rental rates for various types of customers, including non-profit organizations, government agencies, business groups, and residents. All rates include use of kitchen, outdoor patio, restrooms, sound system, and tables & chairs. Current rates:

• Local Non-Profit Groups: $45/hour plus $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit
• Private Use by Individual Family: $65/hour plus $250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit for groups with 1 - 75 participants, $500 for groups with 76-122 participants.
• Commercial Use: $100/hour plus $500 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

Ballfields, Equestrian Area & Picnic Shelters
Softball fields, equestrian arena and picnic shelters are available to the public on a first come, first serve basis and can be reserved for your specific use. Picnic shelters are available for rental only during special events (weddings, concerts, etc.), filming an event with more than 50 people, or an event for which there would be a charge. The Equestrian Center is available for reservations by non-profit groups for up to 1 1/2 hours per day. Exclusive use of the center for shows, events, or clinics is restricted to one full day or two half days, with no more than eight hours per month.

Local Non-Profit groups: $10/hour
Clinic/Events/Shows: $100/4 hours plus a $250 refundable cleaning deposit

Ballfield/Volleyball Rentals
Chumash, Forest Cove and Old Agoura Parks are equipped with ballfields which may be rented by the following categories:

• Local Non-Profit Groups: $6/hour
• Private groups/For Profit organizations: $7.50/hour
• Tournament play: $10/hour
• Volleyball Rental: $10/day with $100 refundable deposit
