The City of Agoura Hills updates (codifies) its Municipal Code annually in March and September. As such, there may be a slight gap between codifications and the availability to review the recently adopted ordinances online.
In the interest of providing current information to the public, the following ordinances (awaiting codification) are provided for review.
Please note that ordinances adopted by the City Council, generally, are effective on the 31st day following the formal adoption, unless an urgency item reflects otherwise.
