The City will be hosting a Town Hall meeting that will provide information to the public regarding post fire recovery issues, specifically how to prepare for the potential of debris and mud slides that may occur in the burn scar areas caused by the Woolsey Fire. The City will provide updates on preventative measures that are being taken for public land areas and provide information on how private property owners can prepare for the potential of debris and mud slides near them.
The City has also offered this venue as an opportunity for other agencies, including public safety officials to provide information that they have gathered on the burn areas in order to best equip private property owners to take preventative measures.
